Do they work after 5pm and weekends?  Many brokerages will tell you they're full time but we're able to see notes in the MLS (from agent to agent) if offers are submitted after 5 or on a weekend, the offer will not be presented until the next business day.  This could be detrimental to your offer being submitted or a seller knowing offers are out there but not being presented timely.  Do your research and consider your priorities and weigh the pros and cons of each option carefully before making your decision.
